I played around with some new ads and it seems that the issue is (sometimes) with a photo of the label in the jacket. They don't seem to care about what's in the title or the description but their not-very-intelligent review sometimes flags the labels as "counterfeit." WHY? No effing idea.
I'd still like to figure out the original question, as I've had other things that have been rejected for one stupid reason or another, even though others seemingly have no problem when they do the same thing.

Actually reaching a human on FB is unobtanium. My suggestion is to re-list the ad in a different way. Maybe find other similar items for sale and follow their listing template for better success.
I find FB marketplace to be clumsy and really nutty when something doesn't fit their narrow profile but it can work. I sold a car and 2 motorcycles last month on FBMP so even though i had to kiss a lot of frogs, the cash is in the bank.
