I worry about some of you. If you're not already RealID then you very likely did that on purpose. Almost EVERYONE in almost EVERY state is already RealID, short of a small percentage that haven't kept up with renewals or are not actually legal residents...
And yes, it pisses me off that my Global Entry card (which, by the way, shows citizenship, unlike driver's licenses) is no longer acceptable in many cases to get past TSA checkpoints, even though the TSA basically INVENTED that card. What a charlie foxtrot...

Global Entry is not a TSA product in any way. That is purely a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) entity.

Fine, semantics. The point is that GE is a GOVERNMENT item, not a PRIVATE item. It's not some silly get of of jail free card from a private entity, it's a government issued proff that I'm not a bad guy, and the government won't accept it any longer.
