You should see something at the top of the screen, that lets you edit your profile.

what i was looking for was how to get notifications sent to my email when I responses to my posts on Pelican...where can I find that option in my profile? ...is thats at all possible

Go to your original post and click edit.
There should be a drop-down menu to subscribe and follow. I’m on my phone, so it may look different if you’re on a computer

If you want to make changes for all threads in your permanent options...
go to your CP edit options  choose the option from the drop down menu
