Good luck. I drove 2 hours each way in the middle of winter one time because my daughter's Saab refused to start and not a single guy in her apartment complex was able to diagnose anything beyond a video game problem Gave it a jump start, turned around and drove home. Fun times .....

^^^ that’s why we have AAA. Of course, after my debacle with them several years ago, when I was stranded in the middle of nowhere, I’m leery it will happen again.

Not a Tahoe, but a 2007 Trailblazer SS. Bought new in 2007, replaced trans at 100k in 2015. The trans started slipping again at 150k in 2021. Drove it to the dealer and traded it in on a new Tundra. I do miss the 395 horsepower.
