I know you’ve been wondering and some of you have been tempted… it doesn’t fit.

We tried a ‘thing’ today, you know, for science…

It won’t clear the hose connection and the engine breather tube on the front.

This is a lowered Spec Miata car so, no, your 911 won’t fit either.

I just love the thing...where I live that is a bit too much, but no farmer I know buys stuff they don't need.

Amazing.

Miata is probably better in the turns

I think my old miata was between 40 and 41" tall (w/soft top). So it did fit under the arms in at least one location for the toll road.

I used to go through a toll gate on the way home from work. It was unmanned, so exact change only. Occasionally, some mental giant would fold up or wad up a dollar bill to throw into the basket. Not only did it not work, but it usually got stuck in the process and wouldn't allow anyone else to pay. I'd throw in my change and then drive under the arm.

Add air to the sprayer's tires and paint the miata JD green. This will work.

Farmers get to play with all to cool toys . We were up along Lake erie this weekend, and went past a few of these on the road. Massive is an understatement .

That's a BIG one! Was he spraying pasture or row crops?
My Speedster would fit under it.
The rig the farm corporation that sprays (and sprays, and sprays) the field across the road is a Case-IH. I don't know how long the booms are, I'd guess 80 to 100 feet. The kid driving it looks like he's about 15.
When I was a kid on the farm, Dad's spray rig covered 2 corn rows - about 4 feet.

Unclebilly! How could you even suggest such a thing? Why driving under a row crop spray rig wouldn't occur to me any more than driving up on to the back of an empty car transporter.
I'm shocked you would mention it in public.

A friend of mine rents a farm house and the owner rents out the fields to a rich home builder that likes to play farmer.
He had a massive drone delivered on a flatbed trailer that sprayed all the crops.

Uh oh! We got a brand fight!

Next we'll be into FORD (Found On Road Dead or Fix Or Repair Daily)

BTW UB, you must farm a fair amount of acreage to run a spray rig like that!
