im real confused about this concept that you could use AI to "cheat" at a job interview.
like ... if you can just google and use AI to solve the problems that you are hiring this person for ... what are you hiring them for exactly? and if you cant ... then why are you asking them questions that AI can answer correctly? interviews are mostly IMO about personality, mentality, people skills, etc ... if you doubt the person has the technical knowledge, or can't learn them on the job ... you probably shouldnt be interviewing them. this, like most AI applications, seems like a pretty far fetched one. or you are using interviews wrong. |

Video meeting? Show the candidate a pic of a problem, and ask them how to solve, showing their work in real time......

If you think they are AI ask them to do a full turn around, AI can't do that.

Good one. A job interview is less a problem solving session and more of a personality and competency test. If a candidate (even if she's 'female') cannot be bothered to demonstrate both, they WILL fail at their required tasks. rjp

Yep. I've seen lots of stuff out of India. There are folks in India that really know what they are doing, but there are also a lot of folks that aren't afraid to lie. I know a guy that actually had someone present him with his own resume (few small edits here and there, but otherwise same employment history experience).
