Secure Online File Transfer System?

I'm looking for an online secure file transfer service, to send documents back and forth between self and clients, without having to encrypt each document and convey the password.

Typical use case is, I send Mrs. Jones a document in PDF, Mrs. Jones prints the document, signs it, scans it, and sends the signed document in PDF back to me. The document contains sensitive information like SSNs and account data, so regular email is not good. I could encrypt it and call Mrs. Jones with a password, she is fine with entering passwords, but Mrs. Jones has no idea how to encrypt the signed document on her end.

I want to be able to send Mrs. Jones a link to the document, that she accesses with a password, then when she's ready to send the document back to me, she uploads it to the service which sends me a link, and I retrieve and download it using a password.

There are plenty of services like this - but I want to know which ones you guys use and recommend?

We transfer data like that either by encrypting the files with pgp/gpg key pairs, by sending a clear text file via SFTP, or by sharing via OneDrive

Since MS is requiring MS accounts for all windows users I would explore the onedrive option, but what we get via enterprise licensing and config may be different from what a standalone user gets

How about google drive?

Its encrypted to/from the cloud. Create a directory for mrs jones, then a subfolder she can read called tomrsjones, and a subfolder she can read/write called frommrsjones. When shes signed the doc she saves it there for you.

Agree. That is what we use for RE contracts.

Docusign works most of the time. There's always some form not set up for Docusign - and sometimes clients are sending me other things not signed forms, or I'm sending them other things not forms to sign.
