Wow....that looks painful. Rocks and trees...not much give to either.
Hopefully the pain is gone now. I'm sure you're anxious to get back on the bike.

Reading about the ride down, I can feel all your pain. Get well very soon my friend and get back out there. Must be hell sitting around doing nothing. I know how that feels, went through that when I tore my knee couple years ago. Feels pretty good to be back on the bike and getting stronger again. You will too.
