Check out this sweet ride
Friend of mine up here is putting this very unique limo up for auction in a few weeks. He tried to get it up to Monterey during car week but the auction house he was looking to use (don't recall which one) and he went round and round due to being unable to agree on a reserve. By the time the negations were broken off it was too late to get in with another auction company for Car Week..
Got to ride on the front fender during a parade a few years back in Sonora along with a few others from the off-roading club I'm in up here. It's very much as nice as the photos and the story of its history in the ad is very compelling. It has a straight 8 motor that is all of 5 feet long and looks to weigh about a 1/2 ton. https://www.broadarrowauctions.com/vehicles/lv25_r0051/1929-graham-paige-model-837-mcgee-paramount-publix-sound-train?fbclid=IwY2xjawNXgYVleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETF WamZZMW1ZYlg3ekRBa01xAR5B7r3eQmkEt707DPdk8MSricVCf tE1YSYdoxA587NTSyFD5uMNZaHKEtV01A_aem_S-AEgLzbKxhn7LzFzFkoiw

Very cool. WHen I was younger, I didn't care much about that older stuff. At some point, I got to view some up close and personal. Those old cars (<40s) are really awesome!
