This actually happened to me. The bus and I pulled up to a 4 way stop on narrow streets at about the same time. I was heading north and she was at my left turning south. All I could see was her right turn signal. The bus door was not open. I proceeded through the intersection assuming I was preventing her from making her right turn, accompanied by her horn blowing at me. Turns out she was in the wrong. In Ohio you’re not supposed to load or discharge children IN an intersection. The bus is supposed to stop some distance before the intersection to avoid confusion about the bus driver’s intention.
