A Team movie - I had no idea. Bring your inner 10 yo
It's silly and over the top, but what the hell. It's entertaining if you can harken back to your time as a kid. If you're expecting anything impressive, don't bother.
It's a pretty faithful (as far as I remember) to the series. Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Jessica Biel.

I remember when that show premiered. I stared at the ad in TV Guide and begged my parents to let me stay up and watch it. EVERYBODY was talking about it in school.

One of the features of the original A-team is they never shot or killed anyone. Like Batman or Superman, no killing, just capture.

Yep, that's the one.
I posted before I finished watching it the yesterday. I stand by my original post, if you can suspend disbelief and bring your inner child, it's a good, entertaining movie, at least, if you remember watching the series which I did. BA hated flying. They gave an origin to that, and then continued the thing from the show where they had to drug him or trick him into flying. The characters were well done recreations of the characters from the series. The story and action spanned a bunch of places and situations. It was good for what it is.

Well, it was essentially a kid's show on prime time TV. The movie doesn't follow suit.

As a kid, the 'jumped the shark' moment for me with that show was during the 'prepare for battle montage' they had in every episode, they reversed the flow on a wood chipper to allow it to fire cabbages at the bad guys. Guys were getting felled by a cabbage gut shot. It was more ridiculous than any of the prior 'battle' scenes - which is really saying something.

Both A & B, smokin' hot. Can't go wrong with either one. Maybe the way to go is a Jessica sandwich!

If A was at home, I suspect you'd do a lot less fishing away from home...
I'm sure there's some other joke about you wearing out your lure in there somewhere or maybe needing a fancy new rod.

Having seen Too Many Cooks, whenever I see opening montages like the A-Teams, with the videos that freeze showing each character, I can never think of anything else.
