Here's our baby (St. Bernard and Golden Retriever mix). He's 4 years old and 80 pounds. We adopted him from the local Humane Society when he was about 3 months old. He's very smart and very sweet!

Here's my partner in crime. She never leaves my side. She is an Alaskan Klee Kai (AKA Miniature Alaskan Husky), her name is Marley and she weighs in at an earth shattering 27 pounds. I have had big dogs before and it was time for a smaller, low maintenance dog. I couldn't imagine not having her around!

This weekend i'll try to get some pics of Spanky and Kota with Santa hats on. We tried to get them to wear them in our Holiday picture...but they rebelled and kept pushing their heads into the carpet! :) So they had on only the "jingle collars" and we were able to get a picture with them looking forward...so that was good.

Kota (lab) did the same thing to her Christmas SpongeBob (her 4th one) and also the Cow. We took the remaining stuffing out of SBob so now she carrys that around like a yellow sock with rope arms.
She decided to help herself to SBob the night before. She snuck (sp?) into the front bedroom in the dark...climbed on the bed...found her stocking and pulled SBob out of it. Next thing you know...Kota is running around the house...up and down stairs like a crazy dog and bouncing around like the donkey from Shrek. :) |

My dog Chance would have his head in there, eating the droppings before they hit the snow! I 've been trying to catch THAT on camera, but my instinct is usually to yell instead.
