Am I the only one who caught the true silver lining to this whole thread!?! - Jack can get us Reba's autograph!!! j/k
Jack - congratulations, although it probably feels a little odd to have some "personal" info out there for everybody on the board, when most of us are just funny user names or odd avatar photos. I've talked with several authors who said they really don't care if their books ever get made into films, as long as people keep buying the rights. Again, nice job. Jeff |

Well we know who the kiss a$$'s are now..how mushy and Luvy Dovy can you all get...this thread has been like one great big wet kiss on the ole pecker...Like Morrison said..."Only In Hollywood... it's the guys who rush the stage."
I say take the Panango, the Cha Cha, the Moolaa and run like he!1 to the nearest bank...who the heck cares what they do with the stuff..can U imagine being paid to sit in a little room and make up stories all day...and someone will actually pay you for it????? What a Gig, and don't pinch yourself it all might be a dream and U might just wake up... and find out that your really a janitor working the night shift at Wally World.

That is an interesting article. Way to go Jack--yeah, he is a laid back and humble guy--not the kind of guy you'd expect, considering his success.

Pretty cool Jack.
I had no idea what you did (in fact, I don't know what most people around here do). My brother-in-law is about 15 years behind you following the same career path (he's in his early 20's now) - hopefully we'll see his mug in GQ in Oct 2018! Good luck with your future writing.

Congrats Jack! Thanks for posting the scanned article; I enjoyed reading it. From my "press release" experiences I'd say you were damn lucky that it was such a positive article for you. It's a big gamble letting these journalist interview you and write/quote you.
I was always intrigued and impressed about your obvious lifestyle, now I understand how you can play at the track all weekend; in fact alot of weekdays too. Way to go. What are your dreams and goals for the future? 39, you're just getting started. Good Luck, I'm proud to be associated with such a fine gentleman ![]()
