OCIR bug-in, circa 1980-ish, all steel and it ran in the 9's.
The owner died in a plan crash not long after IIRC .......

LOL 2000 hp, using off the shelf or home-made car parts, the clutch was between your feet, the transmission was between your knees, and the differential was directly under your junk.

I remember when Division 6 had its own Top Fuel (and funny car, and pro stock, and fuel altered, and top gas, and...) championship. Small time, local guys could afford to run the class. Like so many other things, those days are long gone. What a shame.
