Called Tower Infinity, the 1,476-foot structure planned just outside the city, near Incheon International Airport, will feature a cloaking façade made of LED projectors and optical cameras that will capture and display the landscape surrounding the building, thus making it appear transparent.

I've always thought this building could be cool if just treated (finished out) differently, but 2 billion from a country which cannot feed it's own people seems a bit stiff.

I have been in some sorry hotels. What makes that one the worlds worst? Will it not have elevators or a HIVAC system?

Well, it'll be in North Korea. That should put it way up at the top of the list without knowing any other details.





Based on the Above photo, N Korea may be a great place for astronomers.
