A mama Bobcat here on the island....with two cubs nearby. Reassuring to some degree.

I've never seen such clear diagrams on Pelican Parts, and these are organized and clearly labeled.

Labeled diagrams are nice because then you know what you are looking it. Keyed diagrams are better yet, find one of those and I'll be very pleased. However if its only labeled or highlighted by the time you are set to buy the part, it's a little to late to be a learning tool, isn't it?

Provide a PP link to a diagram of equal or better clarity or I'll just have to take this as another idiot PARF attack in the OT section.

Random picture..................one of the rules of this thread.

Thanks for the that picture mattdavis11, you have really classed the place up. NOT

Perhaps you can replace it with a nicer image now?

EDIT: I found these saturated and sometimes smuggy images on Pelican, but they are larger than the other source. I'm bookmarking it.

The problem is I have a 1977, a transitional year which often gets overlooked in books and other document sources including the one above.
Well George, let's walk you through how to get there.

First, go here and click on parts catalog.

Pelican Parts.com - Parts, Accessories and Technical Information for all Porsche Automobiles.

Which takes you here. Click on the what's new box.

Pelican Parts - Porsche 911 Parts & Accessories Catalog

Which takes you here. Select the car you're looking for.

Pelican Parts Porsche Parts Diagrams and Locator

Which takes you here. Scroll down and select your car.

Genuine Parts Catalogue - Classic Genuine Parts & Technical Literature - Porsche Classic - Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG

Which when selected for a 77, takes you here.

http://www.porsche.com/all/media/pdf/originalparts/en/E_911_77_KATALOG.pdf

And voila!! Parts diagrams, all keyed and numbered and not "smuggy". How's that crow taste?

Now that I'm done with that, a pic.

Clearly off-site and off-topic from your previous claim, not on the Pelican Parts site.................is this you eating adjacent crow now?

I like the keyed information Porsche provides, diagrams are large enough with CTR+++ command. Quite the convoluted path you took, I appreciate the effort and will be saving it for future reference.
