^^^^That looks like Mission Bay.

I think all four cars took home a trophy from Legends of the Autobahn that year.

Sorry to hear - it was pretty Mex. food, I thought.

We have several here that are good. One in particular that's always awesome. Very fast service too and the hottest (temp-wise) I've ever had, which is something I appreciate.

I'm sure there will be some good ones where you are going.

There's a pretty good panaderia mid-island and some OK restaurants scattered around.
Quite a few good, authentic, places down in Savannah.

Arizona is only a short flight away, and I can take you to plenty of gut burning places here!

What do you recommend??

For the record, you guys talking about these places are killing me and the wife!!! I say this in jest because we have been saying we want to pull leg bail from CA when we retire.

We have friends that retired from Riverside and moved to Savanna, GA and we have been considering SC. Just as long as we can get to a beach for some diving, that is a must. Although, we have no experience diving in the Atlantic, we have tried on a few occasions. Mother Nature has been a bit of a buzz kill by saying no and spanking us like little kids with bad weather and huge swell.

A co-worker's son is attending Stetson U in Florida and really likes a town nearby that is by the beach. I started looking at it via the net then think of sending a PM to Baz asking what he knows about it since we have seen how cool the pictures he posts are. Then I discovered its Baz's home stomping grounds. So, Baz if your reading this....any pointers?

I have a friend who really wants to move to NC after they sell their ranch and wants us to move too so we at least know each other. Bottom line, we need to start visiting different locals to scope out potential places. I also keep dropping hints of the keys too.

But still have several years before that happens. not independently wealthy and still gotta work for da man.

Hmm, if his insurance has seen that, how much payout do you think he'll get? I suppose that's assuming that he has ins.

I was reading something a few days ago how insurance companies are mining facebook - and other social medai - for this specific reason. Several years ago, a guy I know wrecked a very expensive car at a DE @ Sears; he didn't post pix anywhere; I got to see them, but only on his phone.
