Some Doctors Say Cheek Implants Don’t Work?

A screw fixated implant can last a lifetime, but be removed in 10 minutes or changed in size in about 25 minutes, making silicone facial implants a mainstay of cosmetic facial surgery. Cheek implants are a simple, effective, customizable, permanent and reversible procedure.
I'm going to have to question the above claim based on the previous breast implant article statement that they need to be redone every 7-10 years.

Why would cheek bone implants be any different than breast implants if they are both using the same materials?

I'm not trying to be confrontational, but what do you think is the main reason that most women get breast augmentation?

Breast implants can be very bad. In some ways, it depends on the body of the receiver. I have a buddy that's raising a daughter as a single dad because his wife died due to complications from implants.

Anyone curious about the possible issues with implants, check the following link.

Sure. Speaking only from my experience here at my work, it's about 20:1 for post-mastectomy reconstructive purposes. I'm sure it's tilted heavily in the other direction in other practices and am also sure you understand the point being a lot of people with breast implants feel much closer to restored than enhanced. Yet not many realize how big that population can be.

Radiation, mastectomies and even scoliosis braces can do a number on appearances which can really cause problems which are pretty effectively addressed by a relatively simple placement of breast implants.

I'm sure other cosmetic implants can serve the same purpose. However, there is a lot of beautifying BS out there as well.
