Wow, so if someone uses thier hand to sweep over both switches at once, they will not stand still for long. Wow.
   So you are in the hospital and need more cigarettes, so you buy them from the nurse. Sounds weird.

This is how I did it:
 Leads for the meter shown are in the outlet below. Other leads on the cover screws are just hanging.
