The above images were on my desktop but wouldn't upload to Pelican Parts.
It worked after resizing them. There is hidden tracking script contained in the image which tries to transfer directly from imjur/mediagiphy. (I've got javascript blocked w/NoScript) So despite the image being on my computer, the image is still controlled by a remote website. Is this starting to be a trend with all file types on the internet? Download and store something on your computer. But viewing/sharing/using them will require remote permissions first? ![]() |
