This guy makes/made the best meatball sub I've ever had. He had a location in downtown Houston, but it's closed (which really sucks). We have a local restaurant called Hobbies Hoagies. They moved here from the Philadelphia region. He could not find a place making them, so he started a restaurant. Now his kids work there and all have put themselves through college and still run the joint. Good food.
