Aftermath of one of the vintage races at Road America last summer...Those races and Oshkosh are the highlights of my summers here in "big cheese" country!!

Same event claimed this AMC:

This Camaro was the class of his race....the thing would absolutely honk all the way down the front straight!!! Same guy/ car(?) was caught up in the BIG vintage T/A pile up last year...It was back and pizzed off when I saw it last year....

That was a totally serious piece of stained glass in a local church. In fact, there was a LOT of weird symbolism in that church. I have a little background in Christian symbols, but this stuff was way over my head. Very strange...

Bristol, My home town.

I had one of these! I was a "Mod". Contrary to what the Vespa advertising shows today, the vast majority of us had Lambrettas not Vespas.

In the background the Corn Exchange where the expression "Paying on the Nail" originated.

PS. This is part of the old town that was not completely destroyed in the Blitz.

Those are two mid to late '50's Alfa Giuliettas

Great photos, by the way.

Just to expand on previous posts, the blue one and the red one next to it are both Giulietta Sprint Coupes, body design by Bertone, anywhere from 57 to 62. The Giulietta Spider was done by Pinin Farina. The Sprint is regarded as one of the cleanest GT coupes ever done.

A Spider that's seen better days...
