Cool, not a full time residence, sort of a tree-house.

That's got to be up there as far as cost per square feet, that 200 SF cost them some, but oh what a view.

She has tires that are crap and probably not much experience in a 90" wheelbase car with a fair amount of power getting loose.

This poor guy had his BMW based suspension break.
