Okay, I tried to read through all of this, and I just couldn't...

However, the pictures are great!

It changed when BB1 became BB2.

Yeah - that first pic has to be my favourite of BB2.

The NZ (and narrow, untrick) equivalent, again:

Cam? I'll fold! NZ has the best scenery on the planet! If I were a young man, and not so right wing? I'd be there in a heartbeat. Problem is...to immigrate there, I'd need to give up 95% of what I've worked for my entire life. Perhaps that's best...for NZ. Meaning, you don't want 1/2 of L.A. moving there. Be careful of your immigration laws...the "native americans" of the USA weren't.

The cool bit is that I wouldn't even class that as particularly spectacular. The South Island is a whole step up (just watch Lord of the Rings ).

Any of you Kiwis live close to Christ Church? My Dad is at McMurdo Station right now and will be coming back off the ice in December. He will have about a week in Christ Church before he comes home to CA.

He is new to Porsche ownership and, other than through me, hasn’t experienced the world comrade of owning a 911. About a month before he left he bought a ’81 Sc w/ a ’86 3.2. Every time he emails, he asks about how mine is coming along and talks about getting back and driving his 911.

If any of you guys are close and would be willing to take him out in your car for a few hours I can give you his email, or give him your phone number, just a thought.

Hey Jake this thread might be a little brighter if you posted a pic of your fly yellow RS spec early car.
Lewis's Viper green RS bodied early car.

What would that look like in RED sans RS front bumper?
Here's Johnny!

Yeah. I was driving back from Malibu, and I saw the access road and that the sun was just setting -- so I pulled over and took some pictures.

Of course, I also didn't close the passenger door all the way after taking out the camera.
