Tabasco is nice when I'm out for a meal...but at home...I prefer to make my own. Any temperature you want! Except some of my guess have Gringo tongues and can't handle it
 .... roasted garlic, tomatos, my mama's secret home grown peppers, a little of this a little of that and BAM! Yous gotz hot sauce. The ingredients change with the season too.

I spent a bunch of days in Vegas last weekend (on business really) and ate more then my fair share of oysters with lots of tabasco two nights running, it took me a days to realize the incredible effect it would have on my nether regions as I walked the immense convention space of the venetian.....it was truly a remarkably uncomfortable feeling, wow! but so good going down....
Note to self no more tabasco at meetings....
