Rodney Holmes (currently with the Steve Kimock Band) is the best I've ever seen (...no offense to Neal P. & others already mentioned). He's probably an unknown to most, but does have a few grammys to his credit (inlcuding his last w/ Carlos Santana). He's simply amazing!
