My hair is longish and quite frizzy, when I drive with the roof off I arrive looking like Don King. To avoid that I wear a KKK hood. Works real well here in Florida.

OH MY GOD THIS WAS POST #666 FOR ME! IT"S THE CURSED REPLY!! AHHHHHHHH!

This is what I typically wear for a Saturday morning run. Its a look that helps keep children away from the car...

doh...

I wear my Harley Davidson ball cap and Ray-Ban sunglasses in my coupe. On Saturday mornings, they cover my bed head and puffy beer eyes. That is, when I'm not riding the Harley!

Shawn.

My elderly father once told me this about baseball caps:

"When I was growing up, only two kinds of people wore baseball caps; baseball players and retarded children. I find it hard to believe that there's this many baseball players around."

Here's the irony, once he started to lose his hair, he started wearing baseball caps. Me? I hate wearing hats of any kind although I do have a cool 40 Fast Years hat hanging in my den.

I usually wear one of those big cowboy hats with the chips in the middle and the nacho cheese sauce on the rim. Unless I am in the convertible, then in just gets messy... so, I switch to those leather helmets, goggles, white gloves and a big white scarf.

i cant say whether i wear a cap consistant like when i drive. what i do know is i dont ever wear pants, just let my junk flop around on the seat between my legs. since i removed all the AC stuff it keeps my boys from getting chaffed due to sweat and the friction created by clutch, brake and throttle work.

Motion, with a hat like in your Avatar, why would you wear anything else?

I agree. A Harley owner is no different then a Porsche owner. Harleys are very special to us, just as the Pcar is special to us, and you.

I wear a hat while driving my Targa with the top off.

of course

1. I live in Vegas.,..,you can figure that one out.
2. I have long hair, the hat keeps the hair from distracting my visability while driving with the top off, and windows down, since I have no A/C in the car.

I wear a cap when the top is off, the sun cooks your head. I'm not a fan of sun burnt scalp.

I usually wear my "W" hat while driving to Communist party rallys.

WTF?

You need to remember that there are members here that aren't left coast Libs. Most of the 911 drivers I see are Republicans....

I'm fairly bald. A basball hat keeps my head warm when it's cold, and shaded when it's sunny, and keeps the glare out of my eyes all of the time.

More importantly though....a hat hides my bald spot and if you didn't know I was bald, you'd probably think I was reasonabley handsome. I've done the research....girls look at me with more love in their eyes when I wear a hat than when I don't.

I also wear shorts 364 days out of the year and I don't tuck my in my shirt unless I'm meeting the prime minister that day. I sure as ***** won't wear a tie regardless of who I'm meeting (that includes fogcity).

I guess I am exactly the kind of guy that is getting under fogcity's skin.

And that makes it all the more worthwhile.

You know, this is the kind of silly, juvenile rhetoric that has me perplexed about this great medium called a message board. I come to this board to learn more about my car from a bunch of great guys who share the same passion that I do. Instead I find this. This, the work of a bored-man is disturbing me.

Posts like this take up valuable space on the board. If we let it perpetuate some idiot, like this guy, will pose a question about cap wearing or, "Do you think my arse looks big in my 911?" and before you know it my technical post about trouble with my suspension has hit the bottom of the pile and slipped off the radar of the enthusiasts that could add value to my life. And if you think you're posing some fine academic question which may unveil some of the un-discovered nuances of the human psyche then I've got news for you: You're NOT!

Next thing you know you'll be complaining about how your values don't align with yarmulke-wearing Porsche owners! Get off the board and STAY OFF! This claptrap, poppycock, nonsensical drivel is hurting my head.

Tristan
