Need new Rubber on the '44

I never knew how just a little wear on the sides of the tires can cause such problems. Today, i took a turn a little too fast (no faster than i have before) and my rear end just slips like crazy. Im actually thinking there might have been some oil in the spot or something. It felt like i was driving an early 911. I was going maybe 45 mph and i did a complete 180. This is with slightly depressing the brakes to give the front wheels more traction and countersteering a lot. My line of turn was also perfect and steering input was fluid. I was shocked...the 944 isnt supposed to drive like this.

Point of this post: Keep track of your tires, and please drive safely. **** happens when you truly least expect it...no matter your driving experience.

Good luck to all you POs.
