Members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in US history. (The poorest multimillionaire, Condoleeza Rice, has a Chevron oil tanker named after her.)

I removed more checks and balances, and have the least amount of congressional oversight of any presidential administration in US history.

I secretly diverted $700 million from operations in Afghanistan to initially fund the Iraq war.

I rendered the entire United Nations irrelevant. I withdrew from the World Court of Law.

I refused to allow inspectors access to US prisoners of war and by default no longer abide by the Geneva Conventions.

I have at least one conviction for drunk driving in Maine (Texas driving record has been erased and is not available).

I refuse to take a drug test or even answer any questions about drug use.

All records of my tenure as governor of Texas have been sealed away in my fathers library, unavailable for public view.

All records of any SEC investigations into my insider trading or bankrupt companies are sealed and unavailable for public view.

All minutes of meetings of any public corporation for which I served on the board are sealed and unavailable for public view.

Uuuuhhh...first off, overpaid slacker is right, this has whole list has been debunked. But this particular one really gets me for the "tone." The first claim is just silly, and the second one claims we withdrew from a courth that doesn't exist.

Well, after some short digging, I found a 1MB supposed 'rebuttal' to the facts above.

Hardly an independent source, the author still finds many claims are fact-based, although he sometimes quibbles with the language. if you are like our president and disinclined to read, beware.

No different than parsing the words/actions of another candidate, using only those that help "make your point" like "I voted for it before I voted against it". In an effort to be fair, it would be nice if all candidates remarks were given IN TOTO by the attacker rather than the way it is. I am convinced that personal attacks demean the attacker and certainly provide no insight into the individual's ability to perform the job.

It is funny....We accept from elected officials behavior that we would never accept from our own children (name calling, accusation, half truths, the list goes on). I find it disgusting from both camps.

Please notice I am not taking sides. Those of you ( from either side of the aisle) with an agenda can screw off. Not interested in your partisan rantings. I am tired of idealogues regardless of stripe.

Being from AZ, I am proud of our Senator (McCain). I wish there were more like him. He carries himself as a gentleman, despite the savaging he has received from members of his own party.

I would have voted for McCain had he survived the primaries. He seemed like a real strong candidate. I'll never forget the speech he gave at my college. Rumor had it even he had some background problems, though. Anybody else know more details?
