Ouch! That's gonna leave a mark!

john70t 04-29-2004 09:49 AM

Time to switch to non-impact swimming, at least for a while, and get well soon. At least it was the left foot(driving reference).

DonDavis 04-29-2004 10:17 AM

Get well soon!

Any news on the posters? I have not heard anything at all.

Mark Wilson 04-29-2004 10:30 AM

Hven't been able to run for several years because of this. Doc says that I prolly will after the other ankle is done. Oh, and I'm using Cheetos as my oatmeal.

Paul, I'd love to come down and join you guys! Give me about 6 to 8 weeks.

adomakin 04-29-2004 10:38 AM

jesus. is that an ARP or Raceware?

speeder 04-29-2004 10:58 AM

Just saw this, Get well soon, Mark! Why the heck didn't they do this in the winter when it's all soggy anyways up there? Oh well, at least you'll be done by June, right? :)

And careful w/ those 500mg. "Limbaughs", I hear that stuff can be addictive. ;)

As opposed to impact swimming? I guess that would be water polo.

(I was captain for my HS water polo team for 2 years)

Seems like a lot of expence and hassle, too.

btw, is that a hollow screw? . . how much unsprung weight did it add?

I guess I'll never understand this craze over having a stiffer suspension.

Nah, that's only the stage-2 kit. You gotta go with the stage-4 EVO kit with the "strut bar" to really notice the difference:

:D :D

Get well soon dood. So, when is Ingrid the Swedish "physical therapist" coming over?

tabs 04-29-2004 11:36 AM

I hope your screw doesn't come loose. Then you'd really be screwed big time.

Zeke 04-29-2004 11:39 AM

Looks like a 3" deck screw. :D

Mark Wilson 04-29-2004 03:54 PM

Whoa, Eric...That's some serious hardware.

What happened here? Is one of them crooked?

Bob's Flat-Six 04-29-2004 04:49 PM

That's a BIG screw

Get Well, Mark SmileWavy

DonDavis 04-29-2004 04:57 PM

Sherman, looks like that screw comes in from the rear and is in bone, not the metal. Probably for additional support/strength.

Sorry Doug, but once Tom & I get together with Mark? One drive (or ride) in Tom's orange tiger, and the SCWDP membership rolls will diminish a bit... :D
