I think the fact that these soldiers that did these stupid and moronic things to these prisoners would be considerd an illegal order if in fact any orders were given to do this stuff. The UCMJ makes very clear that these actions are punishible by NJP or courts martial. Even if Rumsfeld orderd these personly and one of these dirtbags had refused such an order a. we would have heard about it, b. There is not a court martial that would convict them

Aruel: I think you need to have respect in order to loose it. For some reason I doubt you much if any respect for them to start with.
