Thanks guys! There is no numbness, etc.. I am SURE I am mis-stating the clinical term for what happened. All I can say is that I felt a definite seperation in the area I defined below (thanks mul for the pic.) It was obvious to me that this area "opened up". It does not hurt at all just existing, but it does hurt when I wash my hands if that makes it any more clear. Below is the modified pic and the affected area. Again, I just want to say to Moses I wasn't pushing you for a response or demanding an answer, I respect your awkward position here. Thanks!

I doubt, without trauma, it is a fracture. Just go get an x-ray, approximately $70 bucks, if you want the peace of mind.
|
Yea, I will Mul, I had to do pictures with my boy tonight(lil guys a ham at 7 months), but I'll try tomorrow. I really wish you could make appointments!

Ok, I doubt it matters, but I modified the pic a little after thinking. If the red line to the right points to what is perceived as the "bump" on the outside of your wrist, then the line to the left is where the separation occured. If not then the first pic I posted is correct. Moses, what part of this diagram is the "bump"?
