Randy, The guy seems really unbalanced. Most Marines I know are more like you, long fuse but you would not want to light it.

He's 72 years old, Denis. How long do you think his fuse can burn?

Zell is a true patriot, a man who puts his country and his family before his political party. This is the outcome of a man with principals and no future political aspirations deciding that this election is too important not to tell the American people the truth about John "F" Kerry and the Democratic (Socialist) Party!!

Zell is a free man to do as his conscience allows. He owes no one. He does not intend to run for office again and was not elected by the democrats for senate. As a governor for many years, Zell was always successful in helping his state by rising above party politics and doing the right thing...regardless of politics. he was able to balance the needs of the people with the realty of fiscal restraint. I guess a couple of years in Washington was not enough to brainwash him into sacrificing principle for party. Too bad a few more could not follow his lead. He could have "saved" the Democratic party. His following has as many Republicans as Democrats. He is the "real deal" and has remained truthful to the party ideals, not political expediency.. Instead of embracing his candor, he was trivialized and insulted for being honest. I guess the dems have made it clear that they have cast their lot with Hollywood and not the rest of the country. Fortunately the rest of America recognizes a true patriot and honest man and will follow his lead. I have never totally agreed with his social agenda. because it is a bit to the left of mine (but he makes a better case than most)...but I have always respected him...as have all that have dealt with him...as an honest man trying to do what is right for his country, his state, and his people. When the press and the Dems attacked him, they made a big mistake. Those attacks did more damage to the Democratic party in the south in one day than the Republicans have made in 30 years.
