Regardless, "improbable claim" still does not refute that Laura Bush selling and using drugs is not true. It tells me that the claim that she sold and used drugs is simply not verified.

Yes much like the "improbable claim" that Kerry and Edwards are sleeping together (both are prettier than their wives and seem to hug each other a lot.)...But the claim is simply not verified.
