born2bfast is alive and well on craigslist. here is his dec 23 listing for a 69T for $14.5K:
http://www.craigslist.org/sfc/car/53280280.html this should get a new post warning the "unknowing" people searching for an early 911. |
I would be willing to contribute to the costs of hosting a "get to know Wayne" website, links to all the kill wayne threads, I don't know how to do it or I wouild, if it could somehow have searh engines pick it up easily so any reasonably savy person would find it.
Not suggesting slander, just the facts, my court case info, and any others, newspaper clipping like about, etc.... Jim |
Hmmm, I still like the Cousin Guido idea,.....

Is it true that his business regularly dumps used motor oil in a hole they dug on the back of the property? Does his shop allow motor oil or other chemicals known to the state of california to cause cancer to get into the gutters or storm sewer when it rains?
If that turned out to be true true, the EPA would have lots of fun with his rear end. all it would take is a phone call. They do not blow off things like that, they live for it. Same with the coast guard and dept of fish and game due to the close distance to a large body of water. BTW of the above mentioned regulatory agencies I have found from personal experience that the department of fish and game is the most aggressive. These guys show up in full uniform with loaded side arms and are authorized and eager to make criminal arrests on the spot for serious infractions. of all the bad things that can happen to a small business that is one of the worst, no way to recover losses from an insurance company if you get busted for environmental laws. I'm not suggesting doing anything illegal or fraudulent, just basically posing a hypothetical question............... might take a little investigative reporting. |
Citizens can enforce the pollution laws -- and do. They are usually more stringent than the reg. agencies. Here it would be the state agency. The only exception would be if it was so bad it triggered CERCLA (the 'superfund' law) and the state agency didn't deal with it. Then EPA can come in.

insurance? you think anyone insures this guy?

If he robs people through interstate fraud (Email, phone, mail order)couldn't other agencies get involved? Postmaster general, Attorney general etc....

is the guy on the early 911s registry that got burned. He is a really cool guy. He has even sat for many hours in a rental car on Galves Ave. (never cought him though)
Wayne Krieger reads this, and the early S reg site. He laughs at our attempts to catch him. So Wayne, know this: You will expire before I do. I plan on pissing on your grave. I will also provide a truck load of free beer and invite every p car owner within 12,000 miles to attend and perform as I do. My treat, buddy. Guys like this exist in part because of many guys who talk up the situation but are unwilling to take action. Guys like this cease to exist when one guy takes action. Most likely that guy's not going to talk about it.

Someone should contact all of his "friends" and go out to his next open house! It would be priceless to assemble all the people he has ripped off under his roof.
Remember the phenom of the "mobbing" where people would spontaneously gather and act out crazy skits? |
wow its amazing this guy is still running around thinking he can do this |
Fender Guy, link's not working
