Ozzy`s just losing it, grabs daughters breast.
According to FemaleFirst.co.uk, Ozzy Osbourne astonishingly grabbed his daughter Kelly's left breast while being snapped in Australia Wednesday (March 2).
Ozzy was in Sydney with his daughter and wife Sharon to promote the Australian MTV Awards when he bizarrely reached out and cupped Kelly's left boob for the cameras, leaving onlookers stunned.

Woody and Soon ain't blood so it's only kinda creepy, if Ozzy has sense, he deserves a face punch, but my guess is he has no clue as to where he is or what he is doing. I think it is a miracle that he even remembers to breath...

Poor Ozzy, probably didn't even notice until Kelly freaked out. I just can't see him doing something like that. Brain fried, yes. But incest, I highly doubt it.
