I do not know who he is or what he has done before, but the cinematography looks interesting.

"Sin City" looks very cool. I think Frank Miller is still one of the most innovative artists in comics - great stories and characters - and that noir art style is enough to make the reader "cold" all over. Bruce Willis is a good choice.
It'll probably be huge at the San Diego Comic Book Convention this year. BTW: they're getting the cast together for Spidy 3. Filming starts soon.

Thomas Haden Church from "Sideways" is the villain. I don't know about the second season of Spidey on MTV, though. I'm too busy trying to sort through this "Loonatics" debacle, and how it will effect the classic Looney Tunes characters.

I'm very excited about this...I love Miller's work and I love R. Rodriguez's work (mostly).
I am a little disappointed about them casting Jessica Alba though. She doesn't really seem to capture "Nancy" IMHO.

Going to be awesome....
I second Blue Sky, Jessica Alba is NOT who I would expect to play Nancy, however I'm certianly looking forward to seeing her stripping.... I'd like to see them do a live action movie of Dark Knight Returns... |

Word is that Alba is "formerly Born Again" and will NOT be taking her top off. Not that there's much to see, there.
Nancy was zaftig and blonde. Alba is neither, bad dye-job notwithstanding.
