Tom McEvoy and TJ Cloutier have written the "bible" on no-limit and pot-limit hold'em called Championship No Limit & Pot Limit Hold 'Em (Championship Series). GET IT. Learn it backwards and forwards. I promise the concepts discussed in it will help you. Its not so much of a how to book as it is a prouncement on a style of play.

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul!

They don't have a 75% chance of winning unless they are cheating (very common).

The results of my last 4 sessions of 4/8 Holdem
1. Played for 5 hours for a $100 loss
2. Played for 12 hours for a $20 win
3. Played for 9 hours for a $194 loss
4. Played for 12 hours for a $35 loss

and the 3 sessions before that was a $115 win....with at least 5 hours per session

I was Comped $1 an hour by the Casino for playing...

My last 10 sessions or so have resulted in that $194 loss....

My total LOSS for playing since Mid December 2004 is about $1400.00.....less the comps I have received....I have played a minimum of 300 hours

So it costs me $3 to $4 an hour to play Poker....mind you the Blind and Small Blind costs you at least $25 an hour to play...

Also I am playing in a LOCALS casino where the games are tight and there are some good players. I would say just from observation that I am one of the better players...I guess the mark is that I can outlast most of them playing with $100...I see them come and go and I'm still playing on that $100.

I know who the really good players are...and thats about 4 or 5 of them....I also know from my last session that I made some mistakes that cost me...like calling a hand knowing I was beaten...but pride or stuborness said I want to see em....

I also know the cycles of wining and losing sessions...I watch the cards....in Holdem you get 2 cards and you bet...obviously AA is the best hand.....but if on the flop you 2 cards don't match anything on the Board you have to fold....I play for hours where I just know I'm going to get nothing...and then the cards start to get in sync with the Board and you start to complete hands....I have found laying off for weeks or changing seats or tables doesn't really help...when you outa sync your outa sync with the cards...

The next time I go and play it should be a winning session for me...
