Spanked by a Noble M12 GTO 3R!

I was pulling out of my driveway tonight and what do I see pulling out of the golf course across the street? A friggin' Noble M12 GTO 3R!!! I didn't even know these were available in the US???? Anyway, he spotted my M3 and I pulled in behind him. He accelerated somewhat and I went for it behind him. Then he put the hammer down and I did too. No way I could stay with him. 0-60=3.7 vs. my 4.8

Anyway, these Nobles are MUCH better looking in real life than photos. Very, very cool.

Holy Crap!
Wonder who owns it. I 'll let you know if I see it around. I won't take him on with the Vibe, though.

I am actually suprised he jumped on it. Every time I see an exotic with my RX-7 they never even try. I guess my lowly RX-7 isn't worthy.

The only ones that bite every time are the Vette guys and the Mustang guys but they are no fun anymore.

I tried to get a 360 Modena to run and was having no part of it.

Cool deal cegerer, That must have been a rush win or loose.

Wow, I can't believe you saw one in person! Those make seeing a Carrera GT look common. Sweet cars, I love how they import the chassis from South Africa and install the engine here, to avoid the testing and emissions BS.

You're going to need more than 350 to do a consistent 3.7 to 60.

Did a little research and they are sold in the US.

$80K or so. I live in a small town so I'll eventually figure out who owns it.

I got to see this one up close i went to our local track to watch my stepdad get some seat time in his 78 911SC racecar before the season started and this beauty was parked up above the pit area. i went out in the SC riding as a passenger, we were the first car out. the Noble didn't get by until the back straight and it was all over, it just took off like nothing else!

heres some pics i took from that day

They had one at Road America at the Redman Vintage race. I wandered around it & had a good look - very sweet. I was impressed by the fit, finish,et'c. which was much better than I had expected. I thought it would be of kit car quality. Really a very well done auto. Great bang for the buck.
If I only had a few extra bucks..............................

Maybe Motion should consider one of these. More unique than a 360.
