I really do hate it when,,,,,,
OK, this is serious,,,well, kind of. I'll start it, and I'm looking to have this be the second longest thread ever. Second only to the grid girls, for which I still haven't forgiven Wayne.
I really do hate it when people call my car 'Just another Volkswagen' PS. I really do hate it when people post threads like these, is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Is that an air-cooled hopped-up VW motor you're putting back in? You're putting it in the back of the car, just like those old VW bugs? Remind me again how it isn't a Volkswagen? Remind me why the comparison to the most popular and well-engineered passenger car of all time is an insult?

I hate it when people pass me in the hallway and ask how I'm doing, instead of a simple "good morning" or the really complex one......"hello." I like it when people call my car a VW. I grin with pride and thank them. I heard someone once say the VW Beetle is the best automobile ever produced. In many ways, this is hard to dispute.

There's a guy here that owns a corvette. He always asks me how my vw is running. so I always ask him how his Chevy is....it's friendly though.

I hate it when.... you think a repair is going to be simple, and it snowballs and costs like 10x what you originally thought it would.
