It's an anacronim.
P=Porsche Eli=works for Wayne and was instrumental in getting started Can=Can we pull it off The story goes somehting like they were all out drink and *****ing about money and there jobs and the started in on the idea. A few napkins later the ideas were coming together and the name was born. It's a great American success story. John

It's a great business model that could be replicated. Then again, great ideas are a dime a dozen, it's all about the execution and focus. Wayne and da otha brothas have done a great job at that.

Maybe he got the job because his name is Eli. They were drinking, you know.

I was at the Outer Banks last week and snapped this with my new camera. Seemed like the right topic to post it under

We were in Corolla, but I love the more unspoiled areas like Buxton. I once did a century bike ride (100 miles) from Kitty Hawk to Okracoke (with a strong tail wind, thank God) and it was incredibly beautiful. At some points the strip of land is so narrow there isn't much more than the road an some sand dunes. You can see the ocean whether you look left or right. When I later looked at a map I realized that I was essentially biking along many miles out into the Atlantic. A very special place.

I don't think Wayne has ever told. If he has, I've never seen it.

Corolla is pretty thick with houses and businesses, but there is a beautiful 6 bedroom on the oceanfront that lets us bring our two dogs. A week on the oceanfront with your best friends (human & canine) is good for what ails ya.
