				What to do in Munich?

I'm going to be visiting Munich for the first time next week. Anyone have any recommendations on what to see or where to stay.

Go to the English Garden. My favorite lunch time place. Nice park with a lake, lovely women in skirts all over the place. Self serve liters of beer in real glasses. If you go with a buddy at lunch you can spend $170 dollars on beer in about 12 hours and wake up in your hotel room at 3 in the morning sprawled out on your bed sideways fully dressed with the lights blaring and the phone in one hand making that annoying fast busy sound. You may even have a vague memory of a curb as seen from the inside of a cab with a heavily accented voice saying something like "good bavarian beer ya?" Not that I'd know anything about that. Scott
