A New Diet - Need Your Opinions
With all the fad diets out there, I have decided to try something different. The color diet. I will only eat certian color foods on certain days. Here is what it will look like:
Monday: Green Foods (easy, all vegs) Tuesday: Red Foods (just meat) Wednesday: Yellow Foods (melons and bananas) Thursday: Blue Foods (tough, blue corn chips is about it) Friday: White Foods (pasta, rice, bread) Satrday: Black Foods (black beans, olives, guiness) Sunday: Orange Foods (citrus stuff) In order to increase the variety, the color has only to do with the cooked version or the skin. I was going to consider the package color but that would just be silly.

Well it looks to me like you could only drink beer on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Will this be a problem?

I've often said if you can get rich by marketing diet plans. Overweight people seem to flock to the latest and next thing. Publish it get on Oprah and laugh all the way to the bank unless I do it before you do.

Are you serious? Seems like a way to eat basically what you eat now, and go through a lot more hassle doing it.

Shuie - I sure do like the way you think!
Kumma - one word "copywrite", but it would be funny if you ran with it then I sued you and we both got on Opra or Maury Povich more for the fight than the plan. Could be a stroke of briliance?

A guy I used to work with went on several outings in the military where they ate old C-rations. You could probably eat the eggs from one of those on Thursdays.
This is pretty funny, though. You could actually try it and then write a book about it and poof..... you are the next South Beach fad.
