My family threw a giant surprise party for me, I didnt have a clue what was up

This may be because my grandmothers nirthday is the day after mine, and we always celebrated her birthday, it always seemed more important than mine.

I was walking around asking where nan? then I noticed many of my friends and coworkers there...

It was quite special. I have a great family

40 was the big one for me!
Gave up the big City life
Moved to a small resort town
bought a boat, 911, house with pool, waterfront cabin & ski chalet

Worked like a PIG for 20 years..... but at 40 I cashed in.

Never thought about it much either, just always said to myself..... at 40 I'm going back to what I left....... the Lake Life in BC.

I'm 45 now, should start thinking about 50?

Vietnam sounds exciting! It would be cool if you went on an expedition and went hiking through South America, or Africa, or even Southeast Asia.
