Are you guys gonna' see "Dukes of Hazzard?"

Yes, it has to be more fun than substance. But the fact they've crashed over seven figures worth of cars is enough for my comic intrigue.

Or am I just a unevolved moviegoer?

I live in Alabama. I essentially live the "Dukes of Hazzard" every day. No need to see it on the big screen. I saw an orange Dodge Charger (yeah, one of the old ones) the other day with a big "01" on the side the other day. I'm not kidding.

They made the majority of the movie and most of the stunts in my hometown and my 10 and 11 year old are in the movie so I'll go. All of the cars used in the chase scenes belong to friends from the race track. Some very intresting stories when they were making the movie. One car to pay attention to is the green 71 Duster. I helped to do a ground up restoration on that car, when he got it back it was a basket case. Incidently there are of those cars that will be on ebay as soon as the movie is release in Baton Rouge.

I'd like to bounce up into her undercarriage.

But I never watched the TeeVee show. I figure the trailers I have to see at every movie are all the 'corn pone' I need in my diet.

Why not ...

Jessica Simpson is damn good looking no matter how you put it in my opinion. She is also popular now and the popular get the movies, the music, the tv shows and whatever else you can think of.

And as far as Fantastic Four, seeing the red Porsche Turbo crumbled up was just painful.

Why is Daisy Duke not burnette in the movie? Why is Boss Hog not fat? Did I see the Duke boys blow up a cop car in the trailer? The oringinal Dukes just seemed to have fun with the cops, not blow them up. It seems like they are deviating a little too much.

Heck yeah I'm going to go see it. I was 12 or 13 when the series was on TV, and when you're that age, there's nothing better than jumping cars. It should be fun.

If they could condense it down to the 15 minutes of jumping cars and bodacious girls, I'd watch it. A full movie - that is too much time for me.

I'll probably wait for it on Netflix.

If they did a remake of No Man's Land I'd be first in line!

Cheers,

Paul.
