Yeah, but if gas goes a lot higher, I may explore the possibility of seeing if I can still get around on my old Raleigh supercourse 10 speed...1970's technology, just like my old beater 911S. Ohhh, I'd hate to think of what that old hard leather Brooks saddle would do to my now ancient prostate...(edit)...to stay on topic? My dream 911 hotrod? Tom Wilkinson's old '73 tangerine car...a '73T turned into an RS, only without stripes, flares, or ducktail...it's now owned by Howard Lazarus...

Now that I think about it a bit longer, I drove a 3.4-powered RS clone that sold earlier this year for about $50K.

73 RS Replica high quality

I'd lose my license if I owned it.

BTW, I'm a major stocholder in an electric bicycle company, and we're not exactly horrified by the rising price of oil.
