Glad to see it and glad that our neighbours in the GWN have offered to help!

As of yesterday, 10 to 12 countries had offered help. See AP story at and other news sources. The international reaction isn't getting much if any press yet.

It's good to see our international friends wanting to help out. Every bit helps, and it's a good gesture. I think the media is doing a good job of showing the human loss in this whole thing. It might seem like sensationalism, but I think the stories of survival and hope that they are finding really help people understand that these are all people, and their lives are destroyed. Each one of them is confused, scared, and needs help.
john, your link didn't work. Those elipses got to it again.

Considering how the Acadians got there in the first place, maybe they are feeling a little guilty?? Only kidding, we do appreciate the help!
