So one of my coworkers has a 19 year old son taking the automotive tech classes here at the CC...
Almost sterotypically, he drives a Honda Civic with the fart can. Not really riced out - yet. Just took him for a lunch time drive in my mom's '84 911 TL. Interstate on-ramps with 270 degree curves "at speed" really opened his eyes, as did really getting on it in 3rd to 4th. ![]() He acknowledges that he'd end up dead or in jail now, but I encouraged him to start saving his nickles and maybe in 10 years or so.... ![]()

$5.50 a day for 10 years get you $20,000. Time to start brown bagging lunch and eating PBJs!

It worked for me. Grew up in Dad's Jag and rode on a few motorcycles as a kid. Have just what I wanted in the garage now... still looking for the 250 Ferarri though...

JoeA, I've wanted a Jag ever since my brother came home from 'Nam with a '63 Mk II sedan. What a cool car that was!
