The wheels look like early Cooper--the drums were cast into the wheel center. It probably has a Coventry Climax or a side valve Ford.

 some tips: Prices quoted were £750 (less engine and gearbox), £1125 (MG engine and gearbox) and £1365 (Bristol engine and gearbox).
