Is Adler one of the '4 rings'? Audi, DKW, Wanderer, ........

No, Adler wasn't part of Auto Union. Horch was the 4th ring.

It's coooooold. A lot of time before SB, so I'll resurrect this thread with a shot of two cars I saw on a fall drive in Wisconsin. I'm guessing the cars are of some significance as they had Colorado Centennial rally stickers on them.

Bob, I think the lower one is (basically) a Kellison J6A.

Nicely done! An early kit car built on varying chassis designs such as corvette and Austin Healy.

The roadster looks like a convertible version of the same car. Could be wrong though.

The Kellison, whatever it is, is simply gorgeous.

Here's the website on them. Pretty interesting read on a boring, cold day. I wish I had a barn to hold all the cars I would like to have. This might be one of them just because of it's quirky past and look. Kinda reminds me of a Shelby Coupe.

Bob, I guess I was cheating a bit as I owned one. Mine was a very late model as they were selling off all the bodies that were left. Mine had a designator as a J7A (not shown in the catalogs)...Basically a J6 with a few refinements. Here's my entry (this one should be quite easy):

I believe that's an early '60's Corvair Monza GT design study.

Yep...that was an easy one. they also had a twin-turbo version...Bill Mitchell wanted to replace the Corvette with this, as it outperformed the "Vette of the day. Roger Penske even preferred it over a Porsche. It only weighed 1500#

Your turn....

*EDIT* I love those Tatra pics...beautiful car (Citroen meets Tucker)

I know what it is, (borderline "family truckster"), but will let someone else get this one...One question: I don't "get" the "Sports Car" decal in the rear window...what's the story there?
